Training › AI Platform Development

Stop using tools built for everyone. Build one built for you.

AI-Assisted Marketing teaches you to use AI tools within your existing workflow. This is different. This is a bespoke programme that results in your team running on a proprietary AI-powered platform — built for your brand, your regulatory environment, your commercial structure. Content workflow automation. AI agents trained on your voice. Multi-brand architecture. A system your competitors don't have because they couldn't buy it.

Duration
Bespoke programme · 4–8 weeks · Strategy through deployment
Investment
POA · Typically £15,000–£40,000 depending on scope
Guarantee
Your platform goes live with your team running content on it before we close the engagement. No theoretical handovers.
AI platform development for healthcare marketing agencies

Built on Next.js, Supabase, Vercel & Claude API · Multi-brand architecture · AI agents trained on brand voice · Deployed for healthcare commercial teams · Regulatory-aware content workflows

For teams who want to build, not just use.

Marketing Agencies

You're running content workflows for multiple clients using a patchwork of SaaS tools, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge. A platform gives you a competitive moat: consistent quality, faster delivery, and a productised service you can sell at a premium. We've built ours. We can help you build yours.

In-House Marketing Leaders

You have a team, a content strategy, and a commercial calendar. You're missing the infrastructure that makes it all repeatable at scale. AI-powered content workflows, brand voice agents, automated scheduling — built around your brand, not a generic SaaS product's idea of what healthcare marketing looks like.

Commercial Directors & Founders

You're scaling. The way you run content and commercial operations at five people doesn't work at twenty-five. You want a system where brand consistency, content quality, and commercial messaging are baked into the infrastructure — not dependent on whoever remembers the rules.

This is NOT for you if

  • ·You want a workshop on using ChatGPT (see our AI-Assisted Marketing training instead)
  • ·You need a quick win — this is a build programme, not a tool recommendation
  • ·Your organisation hasn't established a content strategy or brand voice (start with our playbook creation or brand strategy work first)
  • ·You want someone else to run your platform forever — this programme ends with your team owning and operating it

Four phases. One platform. Your team owns it at the end.

Strategy through deployment. Each phase builds on the last. We work with your team throughout, not alongside them.

01

Strategy & Architecture

Define what the platform needs to do. Content pillars, brand voice, audience structure, commercial calendar. Map the workflow: how content moves from brief to published. Choose the stack — Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, AI APIs. Design the multi-brand architecture if you're running multiple clients or territories. Output: a technical specification and platform blueprint before a line of code is written.

02

Brand Intelligence & AI Agents

Train AI agents on your brand voice, content pillars, and audience personas. Build the prompt architecture that produces content that sounds like you, not like an AI guessing what you might sound like. For agencies: build brand-specific agent sets for each client. For in-house teams: build specialised agents for different commercial functions — content, sales enablement, campaign planning. Output: a working agent layer with brand-voice accuracy you can verify.

03

Content Workflow Automation

Build the four-phase workflow into the platform: Strategy (content planning, topic bank, quarterly calendar), Plan (weekly assignment, briefing), Create (AI-assisted production, brand overlay, image generation), Review & Publish (approval workflow, Metricool/social scheduling integration). Each phase has a UI. Each step has guardrails. The platform enforces quality without the humans having to remember the rules. Output: a working content production platform your team can run independently.

04

Deployment, Training & Handover

Deploy to Vercel. Configure environment variables, domain, authentication. Run your team through the platform on real content — not demo data. Document every workflow. Build the runbook. We don't leave until your team has produced their first week of content on the platform without us in the room. Output: a live, deployed platform. Your team running it. Full documentation. And ongoing support if you want it.

What you own when the programme closes.

Platform Blueprint

Complete technical specification: stack choices, data architecture, AI agent structure, workflow design, multi-brand configuration. The document you'd give a developer if you ever needed to rebuild it.

Brand Intelligence Layer

AI agents trained on your voice, pillars, audience, and commercial objectives. The prompts, the system instructions, the quality tests. Documented and transferable — not locked in our heads.

Content Production Platform

The working platform. Live on your domain. Strategy, planning, creation, review, and publishing in one system. Built on Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel — modern infrastructure you own outright.

Workflow Documentation

Every workflow, every automation, every agent's purpose — written for the person who joins your team in six months and has never seen the platform before.

Team Training

Your team, trained on the platform, using their own content. Not a product demo. Real sessions with real content until it's second nature.

30-Day Hypercare

A month of direct access to our team post-launch. Questions answered same day. Minor adjustments included. So the platform beds in properly before we step back.

The platform pays for itself.

Most teams spend £2,000–£5,000 per month on SaaS tools that weren't built for healthcare: scheduling platforms, content tools, brand management systems, analytics. Tools that require workarounds because the healthcare regulatory environment isn't a use case the product team modelled.

A proprietary platform costs more to build. It costs significantly less to run. And it compounds: every week your team uses it, the brand intelligence gets sharper, the workflows get faster, and the competitive gap widens.

Typical programme: £15,000–£40,000 depending on scope. Single brand, single territory: lower end. Multi-brand, multi-territory, full commercial workflow automation: higher end. We scope it with you before you commit to anything.

If you engage us for ongoing programme support after the platform build, the build fee is partially credited. The platform becomes the foundation of everything else.

Before you ask.

Do we need technical people on our team?

No. You need people who understand your commercial strategy and brand. We bring the technical capability. The platform we build is designed to be operated by marketers, not developers. If you have a developer on your team, great — they'll love the architecture. If you don't, the platform runs without one.

What if we already use a CMS or scheduling tool?

We design around your existing stack where possible. Most scheduling tools (Metricool, Buffer, etc.) have APIs or CSV import. Most CMS platforms can ingest structured content. We're not asking you to throw away infrastructure that works — we're building the layer that makes it all more powerful.

Who owns the code?

You do. Outright. No licence fees, no vendor lock-in. The platform is built on open-source frameworks (Next.js, Supabase) and deployed on Vercel under your account. We hand over the full codebase. If you want to hire a developer to extend it later, they have everything they need.

How long does it actually take?

Typically 4–8 weeks from kick-off to live deployment. Strategy and architecture take the most time because they determine everything downstream. Rushing that phase is how you build the wrong platform quickly. We won't.

Can you do this for multiple brands or clients?

Yes. Multi-company architecture is built into the platform from the start. If you're an agency running five clients, each gets their own brand intelligence layer, content pillars, and agent configuration — sharing the infrastructure, isolated in the data. Adding a new client takes hours, not weeks.

What ongoing support is available?

30-day hypercare is included. Beyond that, we offer a monthly retainer that covers platform updates, new agent training, workflow additions, and direct access to our team. Or you can run independently — the documentation is built for exactly that.

Ready to talk?

30-minute triage call. No fee. No pitch. Bring your situation — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Healthcare innovations deserve recognition. We help them get it.
